Due to coronavirus we are experiencing increased workload pressures. We ask that you DO NOT attend the surgery but call first. Our book on the day and online appointments are suspended. During this difficult time, please refrain from contacting us with simple queries. If you are currently well, you can get answers to general queries about Coronavirus by visiting www.nhsinform.scot. Patients with symptoms can also visit this site where you will be asked not to contact your surgery but telephone NHS24 on 111. Please click the link below for a symptom checker.

Please order your medications online or by calling the automated prescription line on 435 1511. Your call will be picked up and if necessary we will call you back to clarify your request. Whenever ordering please supply the name and location of your pharmacy and we will send your prescription there. We aim to ensure your prescription is ready at the pharmacy within 48 hours of ordering but please leave as long as possible before collection.

Patient Notice - video appointments are allocated by GPs on a patient suitability basis. Do not use this facility unless asked to by a GP.

Shielding letters: Patients who are deemed highest risk will recieve a letter from the goverment with advice.Please see the example letter here Shielding Letter. We advise you to follow the advice on this letter

If you do not recieve a letter and feel you meet the criteria of someone in a highest risk group mentioned in the letter, please phone the surgery for advice.
